Originality, Copyright & Content Policy
LumiQuest is designed not to depend on copyrighted children’s characters or copied competitor materials.
Brand assets
The V4 package uses the user-approved locked LumiQuest Kids “S-path” logo supplied for this project. Before commercial launch, conduct trademark/logo clearance and preserve the source/approval record.
Content rule
Do not copy text, worksheets, characters, illustrations, puzzles, game art, videos or distinctive page layouts from PBS KIDS, ABCya, National Geographic Kids, Starfall, Funbrain, Activity Village or other publishers. Competitors may be studied only for general product patterns and market expectations.
V4 content provenance
The new V4 practical activities are original drafts generated specifically for the LumiQuest package rather than excerpts from third-party publications. Because originality, factual quality and legal protection can vary by jurisdiction—especially for AI-assisted material—human editorial and legal review is required before commercial publication.
Asset register
Every production asset should have an owner/source, license type, creation date, reviewer, permitted territories and evidence file. “Found on the internet” is never an acceptable license status.
Takedown process
Before launch, publish a real rights-contact address and implement a documented notice/review/takedown process for alleged infringement.
User uploads
V4 does not allow child uploads, which removes a major copyright and moderation risk. Do not add public uploads without a separate safety, rights and moderation design.
